complete the LUNCH FORM. You may FAX or mail your form at least 10 days prior
to your school's visit.

Here at Port Farms, we are able to provide your group with a nutritious lunch, prepared 
fresh daily. Remember to get your lunch form to us at least 10 days prior to your visit.

Payment for lunch packages will be handled at the admission window upon arrival.
