traditional kick-off scavenger hunt will be ready for
those seeking a challenge.
Search for letters far and wide as you frolic
on the farm. A
special treat waits for those who conquer the clues
and finish the puzzle. Also, local boy and girl scouts
will be creating scarecrows from scratch
to dress up the farm today.

Old
fashioned games for the young and young at heart.
Pumpkin relays, seed
spittin’ contests, wheelbarrow races and many classic favorites for ALL ages.

brought to you by the French Creek Living History Association will capture
and
enrich everyone’s curiosity and imagination. Demonstrations & storytelling
will reflect
events concerning the settlers and Indians over 200 years ago exactly where you
stand. Receive a
genuine account of this hallowed ground’s legacy.

year marks the
150th Anniversary of Erie County's connection to the Atlantic
and Great Western Railroad. Here to bring this monumental heritage
alive is rail transportation author and enthusiast, Ken Springhirth.
Ken's mission is to preserve the history of rail systems and educate the public
on the importance of their contribution right here in Waterford and beyond. |

PUMPKIN WEIGH-OFF

2nd annual Port Farm’s Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off is a guaranteed
crowd pleaser. This
global event has competitors hauling their mammoth fruits from far and wide
vying for the world record weight.
You have to see it to believe it.
